ABOUT HEIDI

Hi, I’m Heidi Faith, and I’m passionate about helping people feel their best through therapeutic bodywork and holistic care. My journey began at the International Professional School of Bodywork in 2013, where I completed the Holistic Health Practitioner program. Since then, I’ve gained experience in a San Diego wellness spa and now run my own practice, Rejuvenate, in the peaceful setting of Pacific Beach.

Currently, I’m expanding my knowledge as I pursue a master’s degree in acupuncture and Chinese medicine, which allows me to offer additional modalities to my clients. My sessions blend deep tissue, circulatory massage, and cupping to help release tension and restore balance. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or relief from pain, I’m committed to supporting your wellness goals in a personalized and caring way.
