ABOUT HEIDI

Heidi Faith is a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of hands-on experience helping clients reduce pain, release tension, and feel more at ease in their bodies. She began her training at the International Professional School of Bodywork in 2013, where she completed the Holistic Health Practitioner program. After gaining experience in a San Diego wellness spa, Heidi opened her private practice, Rejuvenate, in Pacific Beach.

Heidi takes a practical, results-driven approach to massage, combining a strong knowledge of anatomy with an understanding of how stress, movement habits, and daily life affect the body over time. She specializes in deep tissue, circulatory massage, and cupping, blending therapeutic work with relaxation to support both short-term relief and long-term improvement.

What Heidi values most is building genuine, ongoing relationships with her clients. She enjoys getting to know each person she works with and tailoring sessions to their goals, whether that’s managing chronic tension, recovering from physical strain, or simply maintaining their overall well-being. Every session is focused, personalized, and centered on helping clients feel better and move through life with less discomfort.
