ABOUT HEIDI

Heidi Faith started her exciting journey into massage therapy at the International Professional School of Bodywork in 2013. After completing the Holistic Health Practitioner program, she began working at a wellness spa in San Diego where she gained experience and refined her techniques. Heidi now runs her private practice, Rejuvenate, out of her office in Pacific Beach. She has a thriving interest in helping people reach their health and healing goals, and is fully present during each session. She beautifully interweaves her knowledge of anatomy and the body’s holding patterns with calming, therapeutic skill. Heidi specializes in deep tissue techniques, circulatory massage, and cupping.
